Gelber Realty Corporation is a real estate brokerage company, founded by Steven Gelber and headquartered in Los Angeles, with a focus on the representation of buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords in office, retail and industrial transactions.  Since 1984 Steven has been representing small and large companies in diverse markets, providing strategic real estate brokerage services that deliver optimal results. With over 800 sale and lease transactions in nearly all asset classes, Steven can bring experience and perspective to any type of office, retail or industrial lease, purchase or sale transaction.

Mr. Gelber began his career in 1984 and has personally brokered 800 sales and leasing transactions in excess of 4,000,000 square feet involving consideration in excess of $2,500,000,000.

Mr. Gelber attended UCLA where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree.  He began his real estate career with Helmsley-Spear of California, Inc., part of one of the largest commercial real estate companies in the world, Helmsley-Spear Inc.  While with Helmsley-Spear of California, Inc.,

Mr. Gelber and his affiliates were responsible for the sales, leasing and management of an estimated seven billion dollars in real estate nationally, including over 100 million square feet of office space and industrial space, 25,000 hotel rooms, and over 60,000 residential units.

Mr. Gelber obtained skills in all facets of commercial real estate including insight into the analysis of lease and sales transactions, dynamics of negotiation and the uncompromising

commitment to service.
